Most Asian markets are trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold remains well supported above $1,200 marks and trading around $1,212 marks. On the other side, Japanese Yen gains in early hours on strong household spending, industrial production data but the movement was temporary only and pair finds support above 111 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei N225 was trading 0.81 percent higher at 17,205 points in Tokyo.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.62 percent higher at 1,979.16 points.

Shanghai composite index to open flat at 2,822.59 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.1 percent at 3,068.60 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index was trading 1.38 percent higher at 20,915 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.23 percent lower at 5,395.60 points.

India’s BSE Sensex was trading 0.34 percent higher at 26,817.40 while NSE Nifty up by 0.25 percent to 8,198.40 points.
