The Australian dollar extended its early advance against the Canadian dollar in the early European session on Tuesday.
Against the loonie, the aussie rose to a 6-day high of 0.9541 from an early low of 4-day low of 0.9475.
If the aussie extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around the 0.97 area.
