The Australian dollar came off from its prior highs against most major currencies in European deals on Friday.
The aussie pared gains to 0.9332 against the loonie and 1.5418 against the euro, off its prior highs of 0.9375 and 1.5510, respectively.
Reversing from an early 2-day high of 0.7137 against the greenback, the aussie pulled back to 0.7098. This may be compared to an early more than 3-week low of 0.7067.
The aussie was trading lower at 85.63 against the yen, after climbing to a 2-day high of 86.28 at 12:50 am ET. The aussie is thus heading to pierce early more than 3-week low of 85.51.
