Financial markets were rather quiet ahead of the BOJ meeting announcement later today, as well as the FOMC announcement later in the US session. Wall Street climbed slightly higher with DJIA and S&P 500 indices adding +0.05% and +0.03% respectively. The energy market was mixed. While the front-month WTT crude oil contract added +0.32%, ending the day at 43.44, the Brent contract slipped -0.15%, closing at 45.88.
