Bottega Veneta Home Collection Debuts in Milan

The new Bottega Veneta Home Collection was unveiled in Milan during the Salone del Mobile. last weekend. Salone del Mobile the largest furniture fair in the world.

The collection amalgamates texture, functionality and design to reveal sophistication and fine art in its highest order. Timeless is this new collection, and warm is the beauty of the high quality materials methodically crafted into each piece and each tiny detail.

Tomas Maier, Bottega Veneta Creative Director, created these pieces to seamlessly harmonize through color and form, whether in the uncluttered simplicity of the Rudi seating to the fantastic, contemporary touch in the elements of the matt oak and bronze arch tables. The collection is a long way from Maier’s single bench from a decade ago, his 1st ever design, created together with the house’s craftsmen.

The Home Collection also presents the anticipated collaboration between Bottega Veneta and Italian designer Osanna Visconti di Modrone, which saw the creation of a set of bronze tables featuring an Intrecciato motif that is unmistakably Bottega Veneta.

For a finishing touch to the warm ambience, the house goes back into the details in their sterling silver collectible boxes series, with a romantic, galactic homage to the galaxy with each planet’s name on each box, complete with a star-like embellishment of semi-precious stones.
