Toronto home prices have gone parabolic
The thing about a bubble is that you can never bet against it. Prices always go further than anyone expects.
But generally, when the market ‘goes parabolic’ the top usually isn’t far away. Toronto is absolutely out of control and it’s spread to any area within about 200km of the city.
