Just a heads-up that Draghi steps to the rostrum at 17.35 GMT:
"Welcome address by the President at the Reception for the Opening of the European Cultural Days 2016 organised by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany."
Given the nature of the event it’s unlikely we’ll get any news bombs but we learn in fx never to say never.
