*CFD trading on MICEX shares is closed on January 2nd and 8th, 2018..
Starting from January 2nd, 2018 trading returns to regular hours.
On holidays trading involves higher risk because of low liquidity and high volatility of the market. Thus, we recommend to keep the margin level above 200%, set Stop orders for open trades and reduce the volume of positions in advance.
Besides, from с December 21st, 2017 through January 10th, 2018 trading terms may be changed in accordance with regulatory documents of the company (spread increase, increase of orders levels and margin requirements, trading limitations on some instruments, etc.)

FreshForex Working Schedule
Client Support Service:
On December 25th Client support service operates from 9am to 6pm EET, starting from December 26th it operates in regular mode.
January 1st is a day off, starting from January 2nd Client support service operates in regular mode.
Personal information verification and answering to applications in Client Area will be implemented on January 5th from 9am to 4pm EET and on January 8th from 5am to 2pm EET.
Withdrawal Applications Processing:
Please be informed that on December 25th and 26th depositing and withdrawal of funds via FasaPay payment system will not be executed.
The first day of 2018 for withdrawal applications processing is January 5th from 9am to 4pm EET. Starting from January 8th, withdrawal applications will be processed in regular mode from 5am to 2pm EET.
Starting from January 8th, 2018 the company returns to regular working hours.
