The Conference Board has released the results of its consumer confidence survey for March at 10 am ET Tuesday. The greenback changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The greenback was trading at 1.1205 against the euro, 1.4278 against the pound, 113.44 against the yen and 0.9743 against the franc around 10:01 am ET.
