Following the release of the U.S. factory orders for February at 10:00 am ET Thursday, the greenback rose slightly against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 1.0870 against the euro, 0.9589 against the franc, 119.81 against the yen and 1.4815 against the pound around 10:02 am ET.
