Donald Trump, “Jeb Cannot Run A Campaign, He Cannot Run This Nation Either”
Saturday, front running GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump said that former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush should not be running the country if he cannot even run his own campaign.
Donald Trump was in Jacksonville Saturday, the day after the Bush campaign announced staff trims and 40% pay cuts for those who are staying. He said Jeb Bush, the son and brother of former presidents 41 and 43, is embarrassing his dynastic family. Remember, the grandfather and great-grandfather, were politicians too, both US Senators from Connecticut, and there was a Supreme Court Justice and 2 Governors.
Mr. Trump said he has only spent a couple of million dollars on his campaign and is leading in the polls. He said spending less and getting more is what the country should be doing. I certainly agree.
Thousands of cheering supporters cheered Mr. Trump in Jeb Bush’s home state during a riverfront rally. Mr. Trump also poked some fun at young Florida Senator Marco Rubio, saying he is out of money and “Sweating like a Dog.”
