Nowotny spoke in Austrian parliament
Nowotny told Austrian parliamentarians that he no longer sees a risk of deflation in Europe. He also said he’d like to see a ‘gradual return to normal’ on QE and that it would be unrealistic to stop asset purchases abruptly.
