During the previous trading day, the corrective three wave cycle unfolded significantly to the upper side but is still below the 4 hour resistance level 0.5414. Today and in the next few days, we expect a possible extension of the impulsive wave (a) to the upper side but may not break above 0.5414. If you’re not already in along position, you could wait for a break above 0.5414 to buy this pair, or a slight pullback to the lower side to pick a low risk buy position with the first take profit at 0.5414 and the next at 0.7235.
