Following the release of German preliminary inflation figures for February at 8:00 am ET Friday, the euro traded mixed against the other major currencies.
While the euro changed little against the franc, it inched down against the yen, pound and the greenback.
The euro was trading at 1.1010 against the greenback, 0.7881 against the pound, 1.0938 against the franc and 124.38 against the yen around 8:04 am ET.
