Consumer confidence from Germany is the major data due on Thursday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

Spain’s INE is set to publish quarterly national accounts at 3.00 am ET. The statistical office is expected to confirm 0.8 percent sequential growth.

At 3.15 am ET, Swiss industrial production figures for the third quarter are due. Production had declined 2.5 percent year-on-year in the second quarter.

Statistics Sweden releases foreign trade data at 3.30 am ET. The trade surplus is forecast to fall to SEK 2 billion in October from SEK 3.3 billion in September.

Half an hour later, the European Central Bank is slated to release money supply data. Economists forecast M3 to expand 4.9 percent on a yearly basis in October.

At 7.00 am ET, Germany’s GfK consumer confidence data is due. The forward-looking sentiment index is seen falling to 9.2 in December from 9.4 points in November.
