Moves to next topside target.
The EURUSD dipped below the 1.0713 level for about 20 minutes. Admittedly, the move below that level did not exactly solicit a whole lot of selling, but it extended the NY trading range.
Fast break the other way. EURUSD races to the upside. Extends narrow range.
