Hungary’s producer prices decreased for the fifth consecutive month in December, figures from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office showed Friday.

The producer price index fell 1.3 percent year-over-year in December, faster than the 0.8 percent drop in the prior month. In October, prices had fallen the same 1.3 percent.

Domestic market producer prices dipped 2.8 percent annually in December and prices in the foreign market slid by 0.5 percent.

In the whole year 2015, total industrial producer prices declined 0.9 percent compared with the previous year.
