After the release of Canada GDP data and retail sales data for October at 8:30 am ET Wednesday, the loonie declined against its major rivals.
The loonie was worth 1.3914 against the greenback, 1.5179 against the euro, 86.92 against the yen and 1.0040 against the aussie around 8:33 am ET.
