Miami Dining: 9Beach
Last night we stopped in at 9Beach a new location for an established Israeli based brand.
9beach Group has seven locations in Israel and opened its Miami Beach restaurant last week. Zagat named it among Miami-Dade County’s most-anticipated restaurants to open this summer and they were not mistaken.
9Beach offers sophisticated beach dining, hand-carved golden angels and lion heads and painted rock lyrics enlivening the walls, splashy chandeliers and a lighting system that switches up the color scheme, plus great music. The food is a broad mix from Chef Tal Aboav, the original 9Beach Chef from Israel, his menu reveals its Mediterranean roots but keeps everything super fresh, there is also a separate Japanese Menu that is exceptional, cocktails include festive renditions of the classics, like mango whiskey sours.
There is a lot of super healthy Raw Food on the Menu the Green Passion Riceless Sushi and the Kale Salad are not to be missed. The Sashimi is fresh, well prepared and is as good as you will get anywhere.
The restaurant is huge, seats 250 people 8300 square feet consisting mostly of relaxed outdoor patio space, directly on one of Collins Ave.’s near the corner of Lincoln Rd.
9Beach is a must visit.
