The pound drifted higher against the other major currencies in late Asian deals on Wednesday.
The pound climbed to 1.4855 against the greenback, 1.4685 against the franc, 179.77 against the yen and 0.7364 against the euro, from Tuesday’s closing values of 1.4826, 1.4630, 179.47 and 0.7389, respectively.
The next possible resistance levels for the pound may be located around 1.50 against the greenback, 1.48 against the franc, 181.00 against the yen and 0.73 against the euro.
