At 4:30 am ET Wednesday, British Bankers’ Association releases U.K. mortgage approvals for November. The number of mortgage approvals are forecast to rise slightly to 46,000 from 45,437 in October.
Ahead of the data, the pound fell against majors.
As of 4:25 am ET, the pound was trading at 0.7369 against the euro, 1.4662 against the Swiss franc, 1.4877 against the U.S. dollar and 179.01 against the yen.
