The Swiss franc strengthened against the other major currencies ahead of European session on Monday.
The Swiss franc rose to 1.0445 against the euro, 1.4252 against the pound and 124.01 against the yen, from Friday’s closing quotes of 1.0465, 1.4299 and 123.79, respectively.
Against the U.S. dollar, the Swiss franc edged up to 0.9609 from an early low of 0.9634.
If the Swiss franc extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around 1.00 against the euro, 1.35 against the pound, 136.90 against the yen and 0.90 against the greenback.
