Trading at lower levels
The FOMC meeting minutes confirmed that the Fed is considering letting the balance sheet start to run off. It is unclear if that comes from not reinvesting maturing issues, or the outright sale. If it is sales, what part of the yield curve? When would it begin? Does it imply less tightening?
