The US is going to bat for Apple
The EU will rule against Apple’s tax arrangement with Ireland tomorrow, RTE reports.
The US Treasury seemed to anticipated (or was perhaps notified) of the ruling and warned the European Commission against becoming a "supra-national tax authority" that has the scope to threaten global tax reform deals.
