Reversing direction, the U.S. dollar climbed against most major counterparts in European trading on Tuesday.

The greenback recovered to 1.0834 against the euro, 1.0159 against the franc and 118.16 against the yen, from its previous 4-day lows of 1.0874, 1.0117 and 117.66, respectively.

The next possible resistance levels for the greenback may be found around 1.07 against the euro, 1.025 against the franc and 120.00 against the yen.
