US pending home sales for September
– Prior was -2.4% (revised to -2.5%)
– Pending home sales +2.0% y/y vs +4.0% y/y exp
– Prior was +3.9% y/y
I’m not sure what’s behind the divergence in the y/y and m/m numbers but housing is solid so it’s not going to move the market.
