Time to look at the levels
There’s probably more chance of my bonce sprouting long flowing locks than the ECB announcing any policy changes at 11.45 GMT, so aside from the usual 10-20 pip flipping around we tend to see up to and over the announcement (remember it’s usually 20 odd seconds late), the presser will be where any moves really happen.
