Public sector finance data from the U.K. is due on Tuesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Switzerland’s foreign trade data for June is due. The trade surplus totaled CHF 3.41 billion in May.

In the meantime, Finland’s unemployment figures for June are due. The jobless rate stood at 11.8 percent in May.

At 3.00 am ET, Hungary’s Central Statistical Office is slated to issue average gross wages for May. In April, wages were up 3.6 percent year-on-year.

At 4.30 am ET, the Office for National Statistics is set to publish U.K. public sector finance data. The budget deficit is seen falling to GBP 8.7 billion in June from GBP 10.1 billion in May.

At 8.00 am ET, Hungary’s central bank is scheduled to announce its interest rate decision. The bank is expected to lower its key rate to 1.4 percent from 1.5 percent.
