Nigerian group attacks pipeline
So Nigeria reached a truce with the Niger Delta Avengers, who were the most famous petro-terrorists in the country.
The problem is that the group is fragmented and without any conclusive leadership. So whatever deal the ‘leaders’ got, it probably doesn’t apply to the rank-and-file. Or they split off and create their own group.
