After the release of advance estimate of fourth quarter U.S. GDP at 8:30 am ET Friday, the greenback climbed against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 1.0912 against the euro, 1.4293 against the pound, 121.12 against the yen and 1.0213 against the franc around 8:32 am ET.
