2nd Round:
– Macron to win with 65%
– Le Pen 35%
As I’m rapidly learning, the French election process is less than clear with most dismissing the 1st Round as a bit of a non-event. In that case why have it ? More studying to be done. Anyone out there got the "Idiot’s Guide to World Elections" I can borrow ?
