Markit services index for April:
– Prior was 51.3
– Composite index 51.7 vs 51.3 prior
The index ranged around 55.0 in the second half of 2015 but sank in December and continued lower. This rebound is a small slice of good news but it’s still the third-worst reading since Oct 2013.
