China’s social security ministry said the urban unemployment rate of the country was 4.05% at the end of the 3rd quarter, a little higher than 4.04% at the end of the previous 3-month period.
Chinese government aims to create at least 10 million new jobs in 2015, and keep the urban jobless rate below 4.5%.
