USD/CAD up 140 pips
The Canadian dollar is threatening a two day reversal. The high yesterday in USD/CAD was 1.3189.
To me, the comment wasn’t as dovish as the market is assuming. He outlined plenty of upside economic risks and those seem to be close to the baseline.
