Apple Inc. has rolled out the public beta, or pre-release version, of its latest iOS 10 mobile operating system to iPhone and iPad owners. The public beta is all about fixing issues in the software by collecting feedback from customers. People taking part in the beta program are encouraged to provide feedback to Apple regarding improvements to the software before it is released worldwide later.
