New home sales in Australia were down 2.7 percent on month in November, the Housing Industry Association said on Thursday.
That follows the 3.0 percent decline in October, and it marks the third straight month of decline overall.
Among the individual components of the survey, sales of detached homes were up 1.1 percent, while sales for multi-units tumbled 15.1 percent.
