Barack Hussein Obama Has Downsized The “American Dream”
Many Americans are angry and very much unimpressed with the economic accomplishments of US President Barack Hussein Obama.
“Barack Obama has always wanted to be a transformational president, and in this, at least, he has been true to his word,” one analysts wrote Wednesday. “The question is what kind of America is being created, and what future does it offer the next generation.”
Mr. Obama’s socialist transformation has been one of more regulation.
“President Obama’s great accomplishment, arguably, has been to spur the evolution of a society that formerly rested on individual and familial aspiration, and turn it into a more regulated and centralized regime focused on broader social and environmental concerns,” he states.
The results are not pretty.
A Gallup survey shows that the portion of Americans who see lots of opportunity ahead dove to 52% from 80% in Y 1997.
Weak wage gains may have something to do with that pessimism. Wages rose only 2.1% in the 12 months through July.
Historically, the US economy suffers a recession every 5 to 8 years, so given that this economic recovery is more than 6 years old, Americans face a downturn soon.
Thus, further dampening the aspirations of citizens.
