Belgium’s economy grew at a slightly faster pace in the fourth quarter of 2015 compared to the previous three months, preliminary figures from the National Bank of Belgium showed Friday.

Gross domestic product grew 0.3 percent from the third quarter, when it rose 0.2 percent. Growth peaked at 0.5 percent in the second quarter.

The economy has been expanding since the second quarter of 2013.

Year-on-year, GDP increased 1.3 percent, same as in the previous quarter.

For the full year 2015, GDP growth was 1.4 percent.
