BOE’s Carney speaks about Brexit economic impact:
– Size of UK banking industry requires certain rules
– EU has increased UK capacity for growth
– EU has raised UK vulnerability to global shocks
Generally positive on the EU’s role in the UK. Doesn’t sound like Carney will be leading the Brexit campaign, which isn’t really a surprise.
