Brazil’s producer prices increased at a faster pace in August, data from the statistical office IBGE showed Friday.
Producer price inflation accelerated to 7.27 percent in August from 6.71 percent in July.
On a monthly basis, producer prices climbed 0.97 percent, following a 0.72 percent rise in July.
