The Canadian dollar dropped against most major currencies in pre-European trading on Friday.

The loonie fell to a 9-day low of 1.4955 versus the euro, compared to 1.4944 hit late New York Thursday.

The loonie dropped back to 1.3250 against the greenback, off its previous high of 1.3216.

The loonie pared gains to 91.04 against the yen, from its previous session’s high of 91.43.

If the loonie continues slide, it is likely to find support around 1.35 against the greenback, 89.5 against the yen and 1.505 against the euro.
