China’s housing sales growth eased in the first nine months of the year, figures from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Monday.

Housing sales grew 18.2 percent in the January to September period, which was slower than the 18.7 percent climb in the first eight months of this year.

Total commercial sales surged 15.3 percent in the nine months ended September, the same rate of rise as in the January to August period.
