Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, the original Silicon Valley real estate start-up founded in 1906, today announced its 2015 year-end award recipients in numerous franchise company, office and affiliated agent categories.

The Jills^®, No. 1 Agent Team (4+ persons) in Sales Volume: Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber, the top-producing team of agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Miami Beach, Florida, continued their streak of more than $2.1 billion in annual sales volume over the past five years.

The Droubi Team, No. 1 Agent Team (1-3 persons) in Sales Volume: The Droubi team, a team of agents led by Lamisse Droubi and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage San Francisco, closed over $132 million in sales volume in 2015.

Chris Cortazzo, No. 1 Agent in Sales Volume: Chris Cortazzo, an independent sales professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Malibu, California, closed over $362 million in sales volume in 2015.

The Jim Allen Group, No. 1 Agent Team (4+ persons) in Closed Units: The Jim Allen Group, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in Raleigh, North Carolina, closed 950 units in 2015.

The Real Estate Savvy Team, No. 1 Agent Team (1-3 persons) in Rental Income: The Real Estate Savvy team, led by Justin Kling and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Lincoln Park Plaza in Chicago, closed over $430,000 in Rental Income in 2015.

Coldwell Banker Chandler Barton Spirit Award: Rick Canup, owner of Coldwell Banker Rick Canup, REALTORS^® in Lubbock, Texas.

Named after Chandler Barton, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate from 1989-1996, this accolade honors a “can do” attitude and ongoing legacy that leaves a lasting impression on the Coldwell Banker network through an ability to overcome obstacles to achieve objectives.

Canup earned this year’s award for his infectiously positive spirit. He established his company in 1977 and became an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 1984. Canup is a renowned business figure in Lubbock and his firm is a leader in that market. His motto, “Do the right thing…Value others…Be the best…Choose life” personifies his commitment to the success of his sales associates and staff.

Coldwell Banker Preserving the Trust Award: Edward Prodehl, owner of Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell in Joliet, Illinois.

The Preserving the Trust Award honors a member of the Coldwell Banker network who has consistently and successfully exemplified the heritage of high standards, trust, loyalty and customer service throughout his or her affiliation with the Coldwell Banker brand.

With 45 years of experience in the real estate industry, Prodehl’s success can be attributed to his strong character, smart business decisions, and involvement in the communities where he has lived and worked. Over the course of his career, Prodehl has grown his company from 20 agents and two offices into a Midwest powerhouse with 1,200 agents and 51 offices.

Coldwell Banker Hero of the Year Award: Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS^® in San Antonio, Texas.

The Coldwell Banker brand is known worldwide for its charitable efforts.
