Commitments of Traders (COT)$OIL, $USO, $GLD, $SLV, $PPLT, $UNG, $UGA

Market sentiment remained firm in Asia Monday.

Commitments of traders and speculators were mixed in the energy and precious metals complexes during the week ended 10 July

Net LENGTH for Crude Oil futures -31, 773 contracts from a week ago to 264,387, while that for Heating Oil reversed to net LENGTH of 1, 848 contracts.

Net LENGTH for Gasoline +5, 566 contracts to 44,578.

Net SHORT for Nat Gas soared +10,635 contracts to 234,178.

With the exception of Silver, traders and speculators were Bearish the precious metal complex last week.

Net LENGTH for Gold future -2, 624 contracts to 47,824, while that for Silver futures rose +2,760 contracts to 9,553.

For PGMs traders, net LENGTH for Platinum -1,091 contracts to 20,426, while that for Palladium dropped 335 contracts to 7,012.
