Croatia’s foreign trade deficit for February increased from a year ago, figures from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics showed Thursday.

The trade deficit widened to EUR 552.27 million in February from EUR 496.6 million in the same month of the previous year. At the start of the year, the shortfall was EUR 415.02 million.

In the January to February period, total trade deficit of the country came in at EUR 967.3 million.
