Demand for labor force in Czech Republic has been weakening because of deceleration of economic growth. Rise in the seasonally adjusted number of vacancies stopped in the start of 2016. Furthermore, the number of skilled workers that are eager to take jobs is declining as unemployment has dropped almost to historic low levels.

There has been a slowdown in the rate of fall of unemployment. Decline in the last month was nearly finished due to seasonal effects. Readings for May is likely to be the same, said Societe Generale in a research report. The share of unemployed is expected to decline three ticks to 5.4%; however, the seasonally adjusted measure is likely to fall by just 0.04 percentage points, added Societe Generale.
