Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the leading luxury real estate brokerage, officially launches its Beverly Hills flagship as the headquarters of its Western Region expansion. The 11,000 sq. ft. space located at the former William Morris Agency’s El Camino address, will accommodate more than 100 agents, executive staff and a West Coast team for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

Douglas Elliman has leveraged decades of coast-to-coast business with top agents and owners to recruit top-tier agents and executives with deep market knowledge and long-time relationships in key locations including Los Angeles and Aspen. The Beverly Hills office will be the foundation for all future expansion into West Coast markets where Elliman’s expertise in prime property and its ability to transact globally are must haves for sophisticated buyers and sellers.

“We couldn’t be happier with our expansion into the West. As the East Coast’s dominant real estate force, we have brought the Douglas Elliman approach and style that we are celebrated for to California and planted our roots in its soil,” says Howard M. Lorber, chairman of Douglas Elliman. “We are thrilled and eager to see the Beverly Hills office open its doors and we look forward to getting more involved in the community, as we invite LA home buyers and sellers inside to see what Douglas Elliman has to offer – expertise, access and results-driven standards,” continues Dottie Herman, President and CEO Douglas Elliman.

Designed by award-winning architect Patrick Tighe, the flagship space takes on a California-inspired, contemporary interior featuring a dramatic Venetian plaster staircase that unites the two-level, smart technology office. Paneled windows spanning the height of both floors wrap an inviting, open reception suite and the loft-like office space above, making the Elliman work experience one that unites its agents and executives with the community and the community with its agents and executives.  Tighe has produced over 30 buildings within the culturally diverse neighborhoods of the greater Los Angeles area and nationwide.

“Whether it’s New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen or our other locations, we’re everywhere our clients are, so establishing a Western Region headquarters in Beverly Hills was a natural next step,” says Stephen Kotler, Douglas Elliman’s Chief Revenue Officer. “We’ve already defined a new brokerage standard for the ultra-prime market in Los Angeles, and we continue to recruit accomplished professionals who further strengthen our position as a market leader.”

Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills currently houses approximately 65 agents and brokers, all with a deep breadth of knowledge and experience in the Los Angeles market. The company’s roster includes multi-million dollar agents who drive revenue from exclusive pocket-listings that are discretely sold without fanfare to spectacular dream homes that reality-tv audiences can’t get enough of. Last year, the firm sold $22 Billion Dollars in real estate.  Elliman’s veteran producers are joined by a growing set of talented LA-insiders and digitally-savvy rising stars. Together, the firm’s agent-advisors are focused on connecting buyers, sellers and property. Through the firm’s global alliance with Knight Frank Residential, that focus goes even further, enabling the local experts in Beverly Hills to directly network with their peers in 489 offices spanning 58 countries worldwide.

Douglas Elliman’s Beverly Hills flagship is located at 150 El Camino Drive.
