Stock markets in the US opened on a weaker note, tracking risk-off in European equities with Dow Jones falling 50 points immediately after the opening bell.
At the time of writing, Dow was down 0.28% or 50 points. S&P 500 and Nasdaq were down 8 points and 22 points respectively.
Among stocks, Microsoft was down 0.22%. Shares in Boeing and Chevron were down 0.6% and 0.55 respectively. All major sectors and all 30 Dow Jones stocks were trading in the red.
The risk-off tone is not surprising, given the investors are running for cover after Brussels terror attack.
