Dutch manufacturing activity expanded at the weakest pace in four months in June, survey figures from Markit Economics showed Friday.

The seasonally adjusted NEVI Purchasing Managers’ Index fell to 52.0 in June from 52.7 in the previous month. However, any reading above 50 indicates expansion in the sector.

Output increased at the slowest pace since July 2013 as growth in new orders eased to a four-month low. New export orders dropped for the first time in four years, though marginally.

Consequently, the rate of job creation in the sector slowed to a 15-month low in June.

On the price front, input prices rose for the first time in ten months. As a result, output prices also climbed in June.
