Greek PM Tsipras is facing a mutiny from his Syriza party after caving on every Troika demand.
The Greek constitution is the tricky part here. It looks as though he won’t have enough votes from his own coalition. He will still be able to pass the legislation with opposition support but the Greek constitution requires that he loses the mandate to form the government.
